Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a booking confirmation with a link to your digital house guide—covering property details, arrival instructions, Wi-Fi, parking, and home-specific notes to make your stay seamless. 

We'll resend the guide by email the day before arrival for easy reference as you travel. On arrival day, our team will text you mapping directions and the guide link so everything's at your fingertips.

Entry codes are shared only after the property has been fully cleaned, inspected, and signed off by our team, ensuring the home is truly ready before you arrive. We'll personally stay in touch to keep you updated every step of the way.

Absolutely. Each of our properties is outfitted with high-quality bed and bath linens to ensure every guest enjoys a premium experience.
We also generously stock each home with trusted name-brand essentials, including:

Paper goods, Charmin toilet paper, Puffs tissues, and Bounty paper towels. Bath amenities, Lather luxury shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion, plus hair dryers in every bathroom. Laundry care, Tide Hypoallergenic laundry pods and fabric softener. Kitchen essential, Cascade dishwasher tabs, Dawn dish soap, and fresh sponges.

This allows our team to coordinate timing, confirm when the home is ready, and explore any available options.

A few things to keep in mind:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed. When we have a same-day departure or arrival, our team needs the full window to clean, inspect, and properly prepare the home.

Guest access is only granted once the property has been fully cleaned, inspected, and signed off by our team—ensuring your home is truly ready for you. A fee may apply for early arrivals or late departures, depending on the property, schedule, staffing, and timing involved.

If the home isn't quite ready when you arrive, we may still be able to assist with luggage drop-off so you can get out and start enjoying your day right away.

Absolutely! We want every guest to leave with Vivid memories of an exceptional vacation and that means going above and beyond to make your stay as effortless as possible.

While daily housekeeping isn't included by default, we're happy to arrange mid-stay cleaning or personal housekeeping services at any time during your stay for an additional fee. Whether you'd like a refresh of linens and towels, a full clean, or simply some extra tidying, just let us know and we'll coordinate it with our trusted team.
