Our home is ideally positioned near Wild Horse Mesa, in the Village of Oak Creek, just moments away from golf courses, the TrailHead for Bell Rock, and the TrailHead for Slim Shady – providing access to an intricate network of walking, hiking, and biking trails. Only 6 miles from Up Town Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek is celebrated for its proximity to renowned trails like Hi Line, Templeton, Llama, Bell Rock Pathway, and Rabbit Ear.

The house features two inviting common living areas: a den and a living room with a 65” internet-ready TV with Dish Satellite and streaming app access. Both spaces offer plush seating, and a selection of puzzles is provided for your leisure.

Step into a meticulously designed backyard paradise for your exclusive enjoyment. Your private oasis boasts a saltwater plunge pool and a 6-person hot tub. Bask in the desert sun or stargaze in the cozy evening. Find serenity in our Zen garden and unwind by the lily pond, perfect for yoga, meditation, or simply soaking up the tranquil atmosphere.

Soak in the essence of the desert sun while lounging by the saltwater plunge pool, and enjoy evenings by the firepit or create culinary delights in the full outdoor cooking center with a gas BBQ, Traeger smoker, and wood-fired grill.

Guest Access:
Guests can enjoy the amenities of the 4 bedrooms, hot tub, plunge pool, and backyard lounge areas, along with parking for up to two (2) cars. These facilities may be shared with 1-2 guests staying at the Red Canyon Retreat. Meanwhile, those lodging at the Wild Horse Mesa are granted access to the outdoor cooking area, BBQ, smoker, fire pit, or outdoor dining area. Our aim is for guests to relish this backyard oasis while also maintaining semi-private spaces for cohabiting guests.

Guests Pay: Nightly Rent + Departure Cleaning Fee $500 + $180 Damage Protection Fee + 6.5% Yavapai County (0.825%) and State of Arizona (5.5%) Sales and Use Tax. If approved, a minimum $300 Pet Fee will apply.

Deposit: 40% due at booking - Balance Due 61 Days prior to arrival. Cancellations made over 31 days prior to stay: Full refund. Within 14 days of arrival: 50% refund (minus service fee). No refund after 14 days from arrival. All times based on property's local time. (Effective April 1, 2024)
